「A hotel where the staff really make an effort rectifying issues. I felt like the staff really cared and were very accommodating to my stay. A special mention to Parth & Mahtaab. Both took control and rectified small issues. I will have no hesitation staying here again on my next trip to Mumbai! 」

「This is a not good hotel. This Hotel make the IBIS brandname worst. The reception is not professional and double charge me because I was already out of Mumbai and I am not able to get argue back the double charge. The food and breakfast is also not terrible in the restaurant. Room is also not clean, the bed has even has some dirty mark. I seldom write comment but this Hotel really make me sick. I don't recommend to stay in this hotel.」

「Pool was well maintained & activities for crowd were good. The rooms are spacious but the bathroom ceiling leaked, bath tube didn't work, AC functionality was pathetic at times. Food was ok however, more variety can be added to the same.」

「I gave two stars because of my experience at the hotel bar. Hotel staff is good but the bar staff tried to steal from me . They added money after I paid my bill and when I insisted to get my receipt, I saw money added to the bill and they were trying to pretend that it was a mistake and gave me the money back in cash. Please tourists just double check your receipts before leaving the bar. Again the hotel is good but the bar crew is non trustworthy. Be careful and check your receipts.」

「Cottage room was very comfortable with all amenities. The room & bathroom were very clean. Air conditioner was not noisy & sleep quality is good. The bed linen is clean. Tea-coffee corner is well stocked. Great ambiance and lawns. Lots of natural trees and beautiful flowers 」
