「Great location, excellent staff, good restaurant, facilities OK. Hotel maintenance could be a bit better. Room next to busy road, substantial traffic noise, especially early evening. Inflexible when amending booking, ie wanted to charge more than original booking when reducing stay by one day.」

「Air conditioning not satisfactory, room not serviced and had to ask for servicing. Staff are very nice. The pool is dirty and needs upgrading as does the entire hotel, very run down. I’m sure it was classy when first built but those days are in the distant past. Central location. Television not working properly. No SMART TV. Bidet broken and non existent, toilet seat broken.」

「The room was a bit dated. The aircon was noisy but it helped drown out the sound of prayers from the adjacent mosque at 4:30am as there was inadequate sound proofing. For the price (cheap) it was ok, but it’s not what I would call grand, nor is it clear what it is central to. If I needed to be up early and was ok with not wanting anything flashy, I would stay there again, but if I wanted to sleep in or have something more luxurious, I would not.」

「There is no luggage weight in lobby area, you need to going down B1 to weight your luggage, Hotel staffs are too overwhelmed for your room They are checking twice per day, which is sometimes feeling less privacy 」
