"Staff was nice but not many of them. Hotel was worn down, not maintained. Aircon didn’t work well. Nothing in the room. Overpriced for what you get. I won’t go again. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom- I realize this can’t be totally controlled but with everything else it didn’t help. Food was ok from kitchen. Overall disappointed for the price I paid. Rooftop pool was nice. But no service there- no towels…etc. kind of abandoned. Worth about 60-70/night "

"We had a great stay at the Radisson Lampung! We used the pool and it was so nice after traveling all the way from California. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. We also had the breakfast buffet in the morning and it too was excellent. One special note, our server named "Ambar" was so friendly and gave us excellent service! We will definitely stay at the Radisson again."
