They were very quick at resolving the issues and always considered us the most important part of the deal. It is a definite pleasure to deal with people that are real. 「Arrived at the house 10 minutes after agreed check in time, but had not received instructions on how to access the property. The cleaning stuff was still there though and let us in. Upon entering the house a strong smell of marijuana was present. The host was quick to respond and expressed he would look into it. Unfortunately for us we had to smell it a couple days making hanging out at the house miserable. The neighborhood was quiet and beds were sufficient. Not many toiletries provided and...
