Home away from home entire house

Located in a excellent area in the neighborhood of Chatham, in the Bromley villas. This home offers easy access to restaurants, shopping and recreation. For nightly entertainment you're a short distance away from Lake Sumter land and Spanish Spring town Square were you will find many restaurant's, grocery stores and free nightly live entertainment. This home is fully equipped with everything you need all you need to bring is your clothes. Pets are allowed. Recreational guest passes included.

Please note: There is one outdoor camera overlooking the front garage on the property.

The house is big enough for 2 cars and 1 golf cart. The drive way fits 1 car and 1 car and 1 golf cart will fit in the garage. Please don't park on the street or on the grass.

Was in town to visit with friends, for three nights. The host is easy to reach if needed, checking in and out was a breeze. The host was very easy to work with and quick to respond. The home was clean and very well stocked for any needs we had. The area is great especially when you have activity passes which the host made sure we had. Parking was not good only because there was a large dumpster in the driveway because the roof was being replaced. Overall we were very happy with the experience.

The outside was overgrown, very little parking, side patio looks disheveled, towels are tiny and scratchy, beds are rock and and squeeky, no tv in one bedroom, tv stand in livingroom is in a very outdated huge tv stand, where the door doesnt go all the way in, so people could not the tv from the love seat, the bedroom carpets are nasty and the whole place had a musty smell. If we are paying a cleaning fee, why do we have to strip the beds, put out the trash and start the laundry? Next time, we will just stay in a hotel. You really need to put some money back into the place to update it. Sorry to say we will not be back.

We needed to rent a spot in the Villages for our annual Easter celebration and found this great listing within .5 mile of my Mom's house. It was cheaper per night than a hotel but offered 5 times the size and all the conveniences of home. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffees of different flavors, spices, pots/pans and utensils for anyone that wants to cook. The bathrooms had great water pressure, there was a huge walk-in closet, ceiling fans in every room. Oh, and every morning we drank coffee on the screen porch sitting in the comfy loungers listening to the birds and watching the squirrels. It was about a 5 minute drive to the grocery store and several restaurants were close by. We will definitely be back next time we have an extra large family function at Mom's.

Well stocked with necessities like TP and trash bags, plus nice extras like coffee, bath products, etc. Community was quiet and friendly with nice amenities. I loved having my coffee on the patio or in the screened porch. Communication with the host was a pleasure!
