“Our room was very clean with comfortable beds and bedding. The water pressure in the shower and shampoo/conditioner/body wash were nice. The common room and extra amenities of snacks and drinks were enjoyed. We played a board game and cards. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and drinks at the Shipwreck and the complimentary breakfast was so good. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and would have stayed additional nights if we had more time.”

“The bed was hard. Few pillows. The coffee maker was missing parts. The shower was hot 😁 The recliner was your excellent.”

“For the price, I felt this hotel was very cheap in every way. Breakfast quality was subpar and the same for cleanliness of the room and hotel. For older people, there is no elevator. I had better experience at smaller motels but then the price was half the cost this hotel changed.”

“The room itself was clean and worked for our weekend. Was more of a motel setting than a “cabin”. The exterior of the motel building was in need of upgrades, the carpet on the exterior halls was dirty and stained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great as well. Short drive to Rapid and all the attractions.”

“Although the room was clean the furniture etc is very worn and somewhat dirty. Not the best hotel I have stayed in. The breakfast was pretty good. Typical hotel food but good”

“Everything was fine except being really close to the elevators. They would run constantly and past 11 at night. Then start back up at like 5 in the morning.”

“We had bugs coming out of our sink, they tried to handl eit quickly, but they kept coming back. The armchair in our room was filthy. This was the lowest acceptable room I could have stayed in. I should have checked out.”

“Hot tub was broken, the whole pool area was in desperate need of upgrade, maintenance. Short staffed, rude staff. Refused to let us check in early, as we got caught in the rain and were soaking wet. Location was not good. Breakfast was always running out of things. Took all day to get 2 extra towels, asked at 7am. Asked at 3pm. Asked again at 5pm and finally handed me 2 towels.”
