Staff came and replaced our towels and made the beds every day, sadly very limited parking and ended up parking on the side of the street most nights.

Désolé de vous dire ceci mais je suis très déçu de notre nuit chez vous. Premièrement nous arrivons et ont me dit que je n'avait qu'une chambre et non trois. Faux car je lui ai montré ma confirmation pour 6 adultes et 3 chambres avec entrée sur le stationnement que nous n'avons d'ailleur pas eu. On nous a trouvé des chambres au deuxième et pas très propre. Une des chambre de bain avait des cheveux dans le bain et une autre plein de mottons de cheveux qui roulait par terre. Nous sommes allée avisé à la réception et le garçon nous a dit désolé pour cela sans nous offrir d'envoyer quelqu'un pour nettoyer. Je suis agente de voyage et j'Ai apporter des amis avec moi pour faire un circuit pour nos prochains clients mais vue le service et propreté rencontré et se sans être sûr d'avoir mes chambres, je ne ferrais pas affiare avec votre hébergement.

Our room was above the entrance to the east building. The entance area ground was covered with cigarette butts. The smoke from the cigarette smokers was sucked into our room through the air conditioner leaving a very unpleasant smell in our room.

There was an unbearably strong bleach smell even though the room was not properly cleaned (a lot of stains and tub was yellow). This hotel has no parking available to customers who paid $290+ a night. The elevator was broken. I was never so disappointed in a hotel. I felt scammed out of my money. I booked 2 nights but I left after the first night.

Just checked in and got the room on the 4th floor. Property elevator is not working so had to haul the luggage all the way to the 4 Th floor. Other Staff watched and didn't help. Room was basic and clean. Good thing was that it was spacious. Due to labor day weekend, there was shortage of hotels in the area - otherwise this hotel would not be thenfiest choice.

What to say about this property? Renovations are being done or have been done. Workmanship is not the best. Our room was clean and updated except for the bathtub. Grout was in poor condition, tub had rust. Couldn't have a bath in it, only a shower as the connection was broken and the tub stopper did not work. In the end the water in the tub/shower was tepid at best, but the sink was fine. Elevator was out, hallway was dirty with what looked like construction debris. Looks like the owners are trying to update but are missing the mark. Breakfast was good but cutlery was the cheapest flimiest plastic possible. Area around parking lot was not inviting - a run down low income apartment and a horrible looking restaurant did not make the area appealing. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable and the staff very friendly and professional.

Terrible place, gave us a room with a broken shower. (Said maintenance would look into it in it 40 mins, knew it wasnt going fo be an easy fix)We asked to be moved fo a new room, aftwr being at yhebeach all day me and my children needed ahowers begire our supper reservations. was told there was nothing avaliable. I said i wanted my money back ans all of a sudden a room became available. There was no parking for us. New room has aomething sticky all over the floor and a dirty kleenex (i couldnt even complain at this point) we werw only there to sleep. No pool.never going back

We stayed for one night while visiting PEI. Our room was not in the main building and felt old and musty , the bathroom door was broken, there were no hooks, and the floor wasn’t clean. The breakfast area also needed attention, with dirty tables and coffee spilled near the stairs. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, and since we spent most of our time walking around the area, it worked out fine for just a place to sleep.

The staff was friendly but it's a 2 star hotel, this hotel was renovated by a weekend warrior crew and kind of interesting. The elevator could barely fit 4 people with each having suitcase and it smelled like diesel fuel. The bathrooms and room barely had any lighting and the blinds were not effective. I would not stay there had I known, but if you need a cost effective hotel and don't care about the above then it's fine I guess.
