「Tod's cottage was perfect for us. Large yard for kids to play, a slide and swings was a hit too. Slept 9 with no problem. Kitchen was well stocked. Tod is now the proud owner of an oven mitt. Would recommend this place. The large deck overlooking New London bay was wonderful. Thanks for allowing us to stay. 」

「Wonderful spot! Lots of space, nicely decorated, beautiful kitchen, excellent location (minutes from Victoria-by-the-Sea). Heat pumps for relief from the heat would be an awesome addition - but they had fans throughout and there's a nice breeze off the water. We would be so happy to stay here again in the future! 」

「Our group of 12 had a wonderful vacation. This house was perfect for a bigger group allowing each family to have a separate sleeping space while still having a common space to cook and spend time together. The kids loved the ping pong table and the paddle boards. This house was ready to stay in, with all the needed amenities and more. Paul was wonderful to us and we are looking forward to returning next year.」

「The location is phenomenal and the view is greatUnfortunately the coffee machine was dirty and moldy when we arrived.The dishwasher was full with dirty cups.There were plenty of deadbugs on the basement floor.Under the beds was dirty and dusty.1 bathroom was completely out of order There were no ceiling fans like the listing says so the house was simply hot every dayThe garbage and recycling bins outside were already full when we arrived.」

「Wonderful vacation property, bright and clean. Responsive hosts. Plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing. Loved that the master was away from all the other rooms. Quick drive to Cavendish for golf and the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Very well equipped. Used both the pool and the hot tub which were maintained several times during the week by property management. No issues at all. Would definitely recommend and would stay again with a large group. 」
