「Great property, quiet but close to everything Loved the house Hope to come back again 」

「We had a great time. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. Thank you!Our only recommendation would be to let guests know in advance that they are responsible for filling the bbq propane tank with directions to the nearest gas station.」

「The home was clean and we found it comfortable a good place to relax. It is a great location, we could see the harbour from the deck. Our host has been there if we needed anything. We have stayed here over the psst 2 years and plan to go again next year.」

「The photos on the site VRBO were not accurate with the reality. The neigbors are so close, when there are many people, we can almost see what they eat on the terrasse and hear what they say. We dont’feel privacy.I can imagine in the summer with 7-8 guests in this big house.Mr. Bill is just perfect. Thank you Bill.」

「Beautiful house and huge lawn .. leading to stairs to the water. Enjoyed the fire pit , deck and screened in eating area. Beds comfy and bedding nice. Kitchen well equipped.」

「Gina was very accomodating with all of the information and the home was so relaxing and beautiful. Everything we needed was supplied and made the visit even more enjoyable. We had a great time in Kensington and would go back to this home in a heart beat. The kids loved the room and were so excited about the toys. The playground was is very good shape and thd kids loved it. Sitting on the deck for morning coffee was great. Thanks to Gina.. .you have a wonderful home and we really enjoyed it. 」

「The Beach House was a peaceful, clean, private home away from home for my family and I to enjoy a week in PEI. The beach access alone makes this property a five star rating, as it was essentially our personal beach for the week! The friendly neighbours gave helpful tips on how to boil a perfect lobster and we caught many colourful sunsets in the evenings.
