"The studio was beautiful, clean (spotless) and the host very attentive (Arien). The shower was beautiful as well. We like to cook breakfast therefore the electric cooktop was adequate for making breakfast. The kitchen is very large for the studio with an island to sit at all up to date with a large stainless steel sink. Water pressure was perfect compared to other VRBOs Ive stayed at. The place was near my family so i could tend to my 83 year old dads needs and spent New Years in Port Richey. Looking to stay again soon Edward from New York "

"The farm country atmosphere combined with a nice size swimming pool makes it very desirable. The layout of the house is good if you have multiple guests three separate bedrooms or spacious closet space huge TVs in every room except for the bathroom. Nature’s paradise if you’re fortunate, you’ll see some of the peacocks that travel through the land."

"The property looked nice when we pulled up. Unfortunately, the host never responded to us in the 4 days prior to arrival, nor did he respond the day we arrived. Vrbo refunded our payment after being on phone for about 2 hours. We had the enjoyment of searching for another place last minute at 9pm after driving 1300 miles."
