“During our two day stay, on day one, the toilet would not flush and it took a whole day before anyone came to fix it. Had to go the the main level to use a restroom. Also, the onsite restarant, the Tin Lizard staff were not good servers. Drinks were empty and we felt like a burden”

“After4 attempts by phone over 3 hours on the day of scheduled arrival to confirm their checkin time, I was told that the hotel is closed and still under remodeling and would not be open for at least another 2 months. When I asked for $ back, I was told I had to ask Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said they had to call the property to verify my claim, the holes claimed that they were omen and that I just needed to call the other checkin desk. This was a total lie, I stayed down the street……

“Super room close to everything! Well equipped for a pleasurable stay. Would definitely stay again if we go that way! ”

“The floor felt dirty. Toilet got stop0ed up. No breakfast of any sort even tho the site i got it from said they had breakfast. It was a bed and thats about all it was. ”

“Pool and hot tub were inside but the hot tub jets were not working (or the switch to start was not to be found). We thought the breakfast would be similar to what we had earlier in the week at the Norman OK location—or better since it was a weekend but the breakfast was not nearly as good (cheap sausages without casings, no french toast sticks).”

“The positives: The bed, the clean crisp linens, the breakfast, and the water pressure was great. The bad: The TV cable didn’t work so nothing could be watched, there were two phones in our room and both were dead, and no hair dryer. Housekeeping did get me a hairdryer quickly.”
