“Decent, cheap place to stay.”

“This is a great property to stay and meets all of my needs. The front desk associate, Maria, was friendly and helpful. The parking is easy; the location is convenient. The morning coffee is always fresh. Great place to stay.”

“The floor felt dirty. Toilet got stop0ed up. No breakfast of any sort even tho the site i got it from said they had breakfast. It was a bed and thats about all it was. ”

“1. Had to go across the street to register at The Baymont. Should have been noted on Expedia, would have been a red flag. 2. Exterior was dirty and worn. Needs a Power wash for the entire building. 3. First Room was clean, with one broken light. However there was an atrocious stink in the room. I sprayed foot spray all over did not help. I tried to live with it but made me nauseous. Moved to a second room. It too was very clean the smell was a little better. But no coffee……

“Very nice pet friendly property. Nice little place tucked in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes for cooking our own meals. The home was very clean with the exception of a single juice box that was tucked back under one of the couches that we took care of with ease. The location is within couple minutes of a grocery store, convenience stores and fast food. A 15 minute trip brings you to Derby, Ks that has many more restaurants, shopping and……

“The front-desk staff were very helpful and did the best they could, but I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the rooms. In the first room, the bedding had what appeared to be soiled marks, including marks across the top sheet. I was moved to another room, only to find similar marks on the bedding there as well. The shower was also very dirty and had extensive mildew. Although I appreciated the efforts of the young women at the front desk, the cleanliness of both rooms was……

“Not as clean as it should be for the price. Carpets need to be replaced. Morning staff was friendly and helpful but nights staff not so much. Breakfast was good.”
