Welcome to Peaks West! This third floor, brand new two bedroom, two bathroom, 1000 square foot, ski-in/ski-out condo is located just east of the Burfield chair lift. Enjoy the amenities of having a pub, pharmacy, and market at your convenience at the ground level. Walking distance to the village and all other activities Sun Peaks has to offer. This new condo has a large storage locker for all your ski/ bike equipment , a private hot tub and a heated garage for your vehicle!

Wonderful place, we will be returning! Beds super comfortable, black out blinds in bedrooms allowed for comfy afternoon naps post-ski. Fully equipped kitchen, great layout!

Nice and clean place with a lot of space. Beds were comfortable and the ski locker beside front door was convenient. Not a true ski in, ski out but close enough. Shuttles are regular and a short walk to lift. Hot tub was great as well as icemaker fridge. Very satisfied with the accommodation and experience!

This is a super nice property, great configuration and a hot tub! Close to the village and restaurants. Great view and Jeff is super friendly and helpful!

Good, but could have been great. Large modern unit. Good laundry. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy bed. Heated garage. Generally quiet except when snow clearing at 6am. BUT, could have been exceptional. Beds were small (not sure were true Queens) and rooms could easily accommodated King beds. Some areas needed a deeper clean (i.e. sink drains had scum). Both toilet seats need securing. Hot tub needed to be refilled because water was so foamy. When we called it was quickly remedied, but we lost 2 days of useage. Master bath shower head didn’t work properly (probably plugged with scale buildup from water). Location good if you have a car - 2 kms walk to village and a hike to Burfield lift so not a convenient ski in/out.

Ski vacation

Well stocked condo, very clean. Good value. Ski in ski out, didn’t really see how to do it. That being said it is a two minute drive to the lodge, which was not onerous. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and would return.

Mint condition property

Unit and everything in it was in mint condition. We had a great stay. Was further from the village than I realized (30 min walk). We ended up driving to the main parking lot to ski, but I guess we could have walked (a bit of a distance) to the burfield chair.

Great condo in Sun Peaks

Condo was great for a family of 4. It was new and very clean. Unfortunately, El Niño prevented the ski in/ski out aspect, but it is only a mile drive to the village and parking was super easy.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful experience renting the condo and would definitely rent it again for our next trip to Sun Peaks. The unit is immaculate, well appointed and the hot tub provides welcome relief after a day on the slopes.

Excellent Accommodation

The property is virtually brand new in a new development area just outside the Sun Peaks Village. Jeff was more than obliging for anything you need. Close to Kamloops, so there is lots of things to do. Heffley Lake is a awesome spot for paddle boarding or just floating around on a tube. Whitecroft Falls is close by and is worth the 20 minute hike. Loved our stay!

Nice new condo, clean, check in instructions were clear and easy. Great amenities in the building, Ohana market, a pharmacy and Magic Cattle Gate restaurant. Sun Peaks Village is great. Only issue with condo was ensuite tub did not drain properly but I let the host know via message.

New Affordable and Very Clean Accommodation with Hot Tub

Wonderful property owners who responded promptly to any issue or question we may have had before and during our stay. The condo is not a true ski in / ski out. We ended up driving to the main parking lot, which was very easy to do and only 2-3 minutes away. So easy we even came back for lunch most days. The property owner cares greatly for his rental property. The hot tub is very well maintained; with kind and friendly hot-tub maintenance people checking on things throughout our stay. The condo is well stocked with everything you might need in terms of utensils, cooking, etc. I would highly recommend this rental. A great experience.

Lovely Condo

We were hoping for a ski in ski out condo but this condo is a short distance from the main town area. The snow conditions weren’t good enough to enable us to ski back to the condo easily. Other than that it was a lovely well appointed condo. A bonus was the heated garage!

We had an amazing vacation. The property was perfect. Very clean, excellent location and a great hot tub that was enjoyed a lot. Jeff was easy to contact and very accommodating. Highly recommend staying at this condo.
