To Ski-out you only need to cross the street and ski down towards the Orient Chairlift and Morrissey's Chairlift. Echo Landing #12 is a 3-level open concept townhouse and has all the luxuries to make this a truly memorable vacation experience. Relax in the living room in front of the fire watching the large flat screen TV that is connected to a soundbar, which allows it to be used as stereo if you would like to listen to music. The flat screen TVs are 4K smart TV's and are connected to the Wi-Fi which allows the guest to connect to their personal accounts like Netflix or Amazon prime etc. The spacious kitchen has all new appliances/amenities for all your cooking and baking needs. You can eat at the dining room table, the kitchen table or on bar stools at the large kitchen island. There are 3 bedrooms in this unit. The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and an ensuite. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom, a twin/double bunk bed in the third bedroom, and the living room has a queen sofa bed. No need to over pack as there is a private washer/dryer for doing laundry. Feel free to bring your dog to enjoy Sun Peaks with you as this is a dog friendly unit. Your family will have their own private hot tub to enjoy at any time. There is a barbeque available to give you more flexibility with meal planning. The townhouse is 1565 sq. ft., can sleep a maximum of 8 guests. Sun Peaks Resort is not just for skiing as there is Nordic skiing (37 km of groomed trails), snowshoeing, ice skating, tube park, sleigh rides and many other activities in the winter. The summer heats up with golf, mountain biking, hiking, horseback rides and a weekly farmers market.
