"Our stay in this lovely home was just great. The pictures were accurate, the home was well supplied (kitchen, bathrooms), it was very clean and a very comfortable place. The pool was clean and was of a nice size. I would go back there for a stay. Wonderful place!!!!"

"This was the best property we have ever stayed at. The hosts were very responsive. The house was well stocked with games, books, toys, outdoor activities and extras. It was very clean. Everything worked well. The hosts really care about the experience you have at the Lake House, and they did an incredible job. We will absolutely stay with them again. We had a wonderful vacation with 3 adults and 4 kids (7-12yrs). I cannot recommend this property enough!"

"This is an amazing property! Very clean and inviting. Beds are very comfortable. It has everything you need to be comfortable here. Every kitchen tool and utensil you can think of. Keurig, toaster, blender. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, even beach towels. Huge bathrooms with shower and soaker tubs. Big portch and huge yard. Darts, pool table, even corn hole and a grill! 2 living rooms, TV in every room. Great wifi. "

"The house was very clean, all the appliances were in good working order, all the dishes in good condition. The area was very quiet and in a nice subdivision. Cape Coral traffic itself was messy (because of how the canals were built), but that didn’t take away from or enjoyment. If we go to Cape Coral again would definitely stay here. We went during a time when the pool was too cold to swim in, however the pool was very clean and well maintained. The fenced in yard also was nice, provided some privacy. Thank you!"

"Karina was amazing. Any time there was an issue she was right on it, either contacting someone to remedy the situation or even having the owner come over one day and help us with the TV's as the renters before us spoke a different language. We had a slight issue with getting the hot tub to work when we arrived. I called Karina and she immediately contacted the pool people and they were there within an hour letting us know how to fix it and explaining to us what we needed to do to get it heated. At one point we turned the TV on and the renters before us spoke a different language and had changed the setting on the TV to Spanish. We couldn't get it back to English and the owner came over and helped us out. The place was clean, it was in perfect condition. Pool and hot tub were great. The lanai was very comfortable, the ability to park our vehicle in the garage is not something that's normal at rental properties so that was a great touch. Overall this was a great property with excellent communication between myself and Karina. Karina made the stay there and any issues we encountered seem very miniscule. I'd definitely stay here again.
