"Would absolutely rebook! From the excellent communication to the coziness of the home to the great and private outdoor area, this renal was great. Everything was very clean, the AC worked wonderfully, the neighborhood was quiet. The backyard has a fire pit and chairs, as well as a decent open grass area too. Felt very comfortable and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. "

"The property is amazing, there is much to do in the home. We enjoyed the pool right on the water, kayaks, and paddle boards. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and hosts were communicative. If your plan is to hit the beach, that was the only downfall. I read on the description the distance of beaches but also read some close beaches which there are not, the closest access is about 45 minutes away. "

"Clean and comfortable with some nice upgrades. The kitchen is lovely and roomy enough for several people to be working at the same time. The countertop is beautiful and a pleasure to work on. The enclosed sunroom was a great place to gather with plenty of seating, and there’s a convenient card table for games. We brought a puzzle from home. We all enjoyed working on it, even my brother-in-law joined in when they stopped by for lunch. We were out on Sanibel Island most of Saturday. It’s about a 40-45 minute drive, which was a pleasant, mostly scenic drive. The rental house was conveniently located. There’s a Publix and a Target close by. Our host was very helpful, and kind, and she was quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. "

"Very comfortable, inviting stay at the Beachy Cape Coral getaway after a long journey from Minnesota, trying to get ahead of back to back Winter storms. So when we arrived at this beautiful home, it was such a beautiful place to rest and rejuvenate.
