The staff was welcoming. I was disappointed when the room I reserved was not available. The next day I got the room I reserved. It was inconvenient to have to move all our things to another room . The hotel is nicely decorated & maintained in good condition.

Daniella was exceptional at checkin and checkout. She took really good care of us and exceeded expectations. The facility was excellent, clean, comfortable, roomy… one of the elevators was not working, but it did not inconvenience guest. Breakfast was excellent.

The housekeeping at this location would make me not want to stay again. We paid over $1600 for 6 nights, so I'd expect housekeeping to be up to par. They never once made the beds, didn't restock toilet paper in one of the bathrooms, would replace towels with new ones each time but left the dirty ones the entire week, conditioner bottle was empty the entire stay ect. The towels and bedding were also overkilled with bleach. Aside from the housekeeping problems, the staff were friendly and the breakfast had a good selection
