「I had a medical issue in my family - mom is in hospital down in Southern California with major issues. I tried canceling and or changing dates. I purchased protection on my hotel just in case something like this might happen. I talked to them too. No one helped fix the issue. So I paid for protection but didn’t get any and I paid for a room and didn’t get to use that either. Not happy 」

「Mountain decor was nice. Balcony was super nice. Great location for walking through town. Good parking. The town is slow to get up in the morning - found a little coffee place a few blocks up. Nobody at the desk overnight though had me triple checking I had my key with me. Pool setup is a little weird with huge windows to the front desk so it’s like an aquarium. Nice place. Cool town.」
