Nice place

It was a nice cozy place to stay, the only downside is you don't have access to the pool, hot tub or tennis courts. Without an amenities pass.

World Cup Stay

Great location and access to public transit. Nice and quiet. Our only challenge was getting the dishwasher to start and the foldaway bed is definitely broken, we weren't able to turn it back to couch mode :) . Other than, a great stay!

Beautiful vacation

This beautiful condominium complex is in a very convenient location. This was our first time to Sun Valley and we loved it. I was even impressed that this studio condo had as much room as it did. The loft bedroom upstairs was quaint and comfortable. And downstairs living and kitchen areas had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were even bike racks outside the complex to attach our e-bikes. Best biking community I've ever been in. Trails and rides were fabulous. Vehicle drivers in Sun Valley yield to bikes even when they don't have to. I was very impressed. Can't wait to go again. This time for the fabulous golf courses there. Yes, we'd stay again at this condo. Loved it!

Cozy space for two people

Bed was comfortable. Had everything we needed for a nice anniversary weekend. Close to bike paths and town. Would stay there again. Only downside was that the pool and hot tub were closed for the season.

Five night stay

Nice lofty space with a quiet atmosphere. Slept well and enjoyed the amenities and the extra night at a low cost. Three flights of stairs to the top, but worth the hike. Nice large community jacuzzi and parking underground.

Nice place

The condo was perfect for a weekend in sun valley with a small group. It was conveniently located on the Blue and Red busses making getting to and from the mountain and Ketchum a breeze. The condo was very clean when we arrived.

Nice condo

Nice Condo and the online description was accurate. We liked it well enough that we would probably stay there again. It would help to know where the garbage cans are located and that there’s no washer and dryer in the condo and where one could be found. Other than that, no complaints

Great condo location, clean and comfortable!

We had a great stay for 4 nights. One of the bathroom sinks was plugged up and the property manager was unable to unplug it. Also the pool and spa were closed until November (would have been nice to know ahead of time).

Great location

Close to town and beautiful grounds. Downside was some of the furnishings were rickety and seemed like they’d break easily, especially the coffee table and living room chair. Also the bathroom sink didn’t drain. But overall it was a nice peaceful stay.

Very comfy little condo

Considering the age of the condo buildings in Indian Springs, this unit is in great condition and is blessed with comfortable furniture, pleasing decor and nicely appointed kitchen. The upstairs bedroom loft is pretty small but was surprised to find a half bath. There is a full bath downstairs. One large widow provides adequate light and can be opened at night to cool things down. (AC is a rare thing in Sun Valley). The small elevator in the adjacent building makes access pretty easy and the parking garage is handy in any season.

It was quite dirty and could really use some freshening up.

We came in at night. First the building was hard to find. Not well marked. We first found our room was on the third floor with no elevator. That could have been something we missed in the description. Then we had trouble finding the parking which was two buildings away. Also carpet and floors were very dirty.

Great location condo just ok

We tried to look for marked parking spots but could not find any in the underground lot that was completely full anyway so we parked in the tennis outside lot. Getting luggage upstairs was cumbersome because of the location of the elevator (in the building next to the building) but that’s how the whole property was designed. The condo was very well stocked for making home made meals. The carpet was dirty with stains and there was a funky smell in the corner of the living room next to to bed and lamp. We wanted to put towels in the washing machine upon check out but we could not find one in the condo. The door lock would not lock at times and it felt like the door could be easily opened if you push harder which made us feel uneasy at night. Overall, the condo’s decor is outdated but the location is excellent with the bus right outside and we enjoyed staying there.
