it was a bit far from Dotonbori and Namba station, but it was acceptable for its low price and proximity to Nippombashi station. it was tidy and new. overall it is quite good!!

飯店離日本橋車站近，位置方便徒步可達黑門市場，心齋橋，櫃台可寄放行李，小孩未滿7歲免費隨宿還有準備小孩牙刷超貼心，超級推薦！

Second time staying at Swissotel, although room type booking is same as first time, the room I get this time is smaller than the first one.

飯店位置很方便，乾淨整潔。

店員さんの対応も素晴らしかった。しかし、何よりも内装がよく、また行きたいと思った。

交通：大阪站往返酒店有班车服务，大约10分钟的车程。我们回程就是直接班车到大阪站，坐关西特急去机场，很方便。提前查好时刻表，预留买票到站台6-8分钟就够了。 酒店地下就是京阪电车的中之岛站,只是去心斋桥的话需要换乘。坐3-4站京阪电车，再步行3-5分钟换乘其他线路（需出站走到地面再下地铁）。或者班车做到大阪站再坐3站地铁。打车去心斋桥大约1300日币左右。 服务：前台的英文都很好，放心交流。 房间：厕所备有POLA的男士发乳和爽肤水的小样，KOSE的沐浴露味道很舒服。但是没咖啡（可能我没找到）。床很舒服。酒店给我升级了房型，46平的大房间，自然是住得舒服又开心（多谢前台的小姐姐） ...

整體都很好，服務員都很親切

Location is great, 5 min walk to metro station, restaurant and shopping mall. Room is clean, tidy, service is good. Facilities are all brand new
