"Lots of signs around the area showing you to the hotel, so it is easy to find (this part of osaka can be a multi-floor maze!) The hotel is on top of a mall/food complex, so access to shoping and dining was very convenient! The hotel staff were very nice and quick to help, the downstairs amenities were nice (worlds coldest drinking water!). The shower/bathtub is a whole room, which was really great, and the bed and view were incredible. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Great value for money. Excellent location walking distance to train station, coach to airport, shopping, department store, restaurants, high foot traffic hotel yet kept so clean in all areas, different room types on offer (small to more spacious), comfortable bed, breakfast included (ok food but a good variety on offer. At least free breakfast). Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. One negative experience on staff service was they resisted changing one of our 4 premium plus rooms when the room had a bad smell. They kept saying the hotel was fully booked. They sent a staff up to the room clear the pipe. The smell got even more prominent that it got to the corridor. It took an hour of firm reasoning with them for them to then somehow find another lower grade room for us, with a promise of returning us to a premium plus room the next day. This should not have happened because The room was simply inhabitable. This bad handling of the situation would have resulted in a 1 star staff service rating had it not been very prompt and helpful staff service overall. Overall would recommend this very good 3 star hotel to anyone looking for a good budget hotel. "
