「The hotel is clean and nice decorated. There are too many rooms and guests, have to wait the elevator for long time.」

「We stayed for six nights. Front desk staff are very helpful. Since the mattress and pillow were too soft for my mom who has back pain, they quickly arranged firmer ones for us. And extremely good location and convenient to go everywhere despite the heavy rain during our stay. Surely will stay again if visiting Osaka next time!」

「Very small rooms suitable only for a single occupancy. Other than that, excellent value for money and location within a 10 minute walk to Umeda main station and the numerous shopping malls and restaurants. There's a free hot bath on 4/F, and other facilities (paying for guests) such as gym, swimming pool」

「Good」
