  • Enjoy the wildlife in this beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, pet friendly gem. This free standing single level condo lives like a house with large enclosed deck to view open space often home to elk. Free bus is steps away.

    In addition to the Ranch pool and club house, guests also have access to both Elkhorn Village pool, Harker Center, tennis and pickle ball courts.

    The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances. Full size washer/dryer and outdoor grill also included.

Katy was amazing. We loved the property and had much needed time together in this very well appointed condo. My only suggestion would be a more firm queen mattress in secondary bedroom. Furnishings are beautiful and the condo was very clean. We WILL be back!!!! Thank you, Katy!

We had a lovely stay in Sun Valley over the 4th of July holiday. The property was beautifully remodeled with everything you could possibly need available. The master bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Dog friendly condo with a large dog bed that our dogs loved and water bowls available. Located in the center of Elkhorn it is right on the bike path and walking distance to a few trails - great for getting the dogs out for exercise. We enjoyed the fenced in back porch with the dogs. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
