“Pillows were one size and overstuffed/hard. Windows couldn’t open so had to have air conditioning on and off all night. Changed rooms for a slider !”

“Mountain decor was nice. Balcony was super nice. Great location for walking through town. Good parking. The town is slow to get up in the morning - found a little coffee place a few blocks up. Nobody at the desk overnight though had me triple checking I had my key with me. Pool setup is a little weird with huge windows to the front desk so it’s like an aquarium. Nice place. Cool town.”

“Spacious room. Was pretty clean. Location in downtown Ketchum was perfect. Bikes at the hotel were nice to go and check out their wood river belt. We didn’t care for the beds. Not very comfortable which is a personal preference But it was very noisy. Lots a road noise and business noise early in the am. Make sure you bring a fan to try and drown out the noise. Otherwise staff were very helpful and nice and room was very spacious”
