The room was very well maintained and the view from the balcony was immaculate. There were also plenty of facilities on-site and it was not too far from the city center. However, there is no reason to start blasting EDM music by the pool at 9:00am. In addition, it was disappointing to have to pay extra just to use the pools.

깨끗한 객실, 프론트 직원안내는 좀 미흡했으나 주차를 도와주시는 분은 너무 친절했습니다. 바다전망이었으나 산책길은 좀 아쉬웠구요, 실내수영장은 이용이 매우 불편해서 사용하지 않았습니다.

객실 내 방음 전혀 안됩니다

방음이 너무 안되서 잠을 거의 못잤습니다. 윗층에서 계속 아이들 쿵쾅거리며 뛰어다니는 소리가 들렸구요. 객실 안에 프런트와 직통으로 연결되는 전화가 없습니다. 휴대폰으로 프런트에 전화해서 직원이 바로 전달하겠다곤 했지만 이후에도 크게 해결되진 않았습니다. 리조트 안에 있는 BHC 매장 사장님은 왜 그렇게 화가 나신 모습인지 모르겠지만 무척 불친절 하구요. 객실 안에 안내 책자도 하나 없고 시설에 안내판도 제대로 없고 리조트 안에 어떤 시설이 있는지 찾기가 어렵습니다. 알아서 공부하고 오라는건지..물어보고 싶어도 직원 찾기도 쉽지않네요. 아이들 데리고 가기에 좋다고 해서 왔는데 요금이 저렴한것도 아니고 정말 실망입니다. 다시는 올 생각 없을것 같네요.

좋은 리조투에요

수영장은 패밀리용으로 너무 좋습니다. 가족여향으로 숙박. 수영장. 주변 인프라가 좋습니다. 객실도 깨끗합니다. 다만 객실 투숙개도 수영장을 이용허기 위해서는 할인을 받아도 워터파크 입장권 수준이라. 이점이 비용적으로 만족스럽지 못합니다.

Frustrante y exasperante solo se salva el personal

La suite cove se publicita en la página como suite de 40m2 y apenas tiene 16 es una habitación normal, luego no es un resort tal u como se entiende en Europa y América es un hotel que tiene al Ldo unas piscinas de pago muy caras por cierto (entrada y sombra valen 200000 w al día) mas que culpa del hotel es culpa de la página de reservas. El personal es encantador pero el hotel es frustrante para un europeo ya que le falta todo para considerarse un resort, por otro lado estás literalmente incomunicado todo ha de ser en taxi menos mal que son baratos

클럽B에서 숙박..방이 길쭉 하다보니 에어컨 바람을 세게 하면 에어컨 가까웃 침대는 춥고 먼 침대는 덥고.. 세컨드 조명도 부족하고 ... 워터파크도 어른이 놀기에는 물이 얕고 시설에 비해 너무 비쌈 돈 주고 들어가기엔 너무 아까움

사진 첨부하는 기능이 없어서 이렇게 남깁니다. 사실 안내 받았던 평수보다 굉장히 작게 느껴졌구요. 그리고 선반에 및 현관에 먼지가 쌓여 있고 벌레 시체가 있어서 상당히 불쾌했습니다. 리조트 라고 해서 상당히 기대를 하고 왔는데, 제가 알고 있는 리조트 규모랑은 차이가 있었던 거 같습니다 무엇보다 같은 가격으로 선택할 수 있는 옵션이 굉장히 많았는데 이 가격에 이정도 실망스럽다고 생각합니다. 관광객 바가지 쓴 기분이었어요.

쾌적하고 넓은 시설

조용하고 아름다운 오션뷰 편안한 침대와침구 넓고 깨끗한 시설. 같이 온 모든분들이 만족했어요

별로..

전반적으로 가격대비 별로였어요. 전체적인 위생상태, 직원들 서비스 등등.. 객실 침대에선 스프링 삐그덕 소리 들리고.. 화장실에는 안전상의 이유로 매트? 깔아놓으신거 같은데 위생적인거 같지 않고.. 인스타에 속아서옴 ㅠ

오션 뷰는 정말 훌륭했으나, 예약 상품에 포함된 바우처를 제공하지 않아 물어보니까 그제서야 제공함. 또 객실에 어메니티가 밀봉되지 않은 사용한 상태의 어메니티가 제공되었으며, 객실은 엘리베이터 앞이였는데, 3층입니다. 1층입니다. 문이 열립니다 같은 소리가 다 들림.

비수기 당일 예약으로 고급 리조트를 저렴한 가격으로 이용할 수 있었던 좋은 기회였습니다 살짝 아쉬운 건 욕실 문이 뚫려 있어서 가족임에도 살짝 불편했고, 옷장에서 음식 냄새가 나서 옷을 걸어둘 수 없었습니다 또 수리, 공사중인 부분이 많아서 동선이 불편하긴 했습니다 그 외에는 전망, 침대사이즈 다 좋았습니다

Room 입구부터 (C동) 공사중인지 공사 자재 등이 방치된 느낌이 있습니다. 안전사고 걱정이 되었습니다. 물론 과정에 있는 부분이지만 좀 더 깔끔히 정리 정돈이 되었으면 더 좋았지 않겠나 싶네요 객실 내 / 외부는 아주 청결하고 좋았습니다. 주차도 넉넉했고 외부 정경도 좋았습니다.

가족여행 만족,추천

모처럼 온 가족 여행! 탁트인 창밬 뷰가 좋았어요~ 어른들 만족! 시설도 나름 잘~ 구비! 청결도 좋았어요~ 다음에 또 오고 싶네요~^^

숙박하는데 라테라스가 별도라 그점이 아쉽네요. 다음엔 그냥 다른곳 숙박할것같아요
