Good location but need more amenities

The location is perfect and is very clean. But my room does not provide coffee maker nor hot water kettle, so I could not make coffee or tea. In the hotel lobby cafe, no coffee is offered in late evening.

The hotel had the most beautiful view and clean but very basic amenities. We had a little difficulty figuring out the thermostat and TV remote control because everything was written in Korean without English translation.

Overall, the Venezia was an excellent experience: The room was excellent, with a fantastic ocean view. Housekeeping was very good. So was the rooftop pool (I wish it would be open in the morning as well). The breakfast buffet was excellent - in variety, quality and timely replenishment. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner. What impressed us most was the kindness of the staff, who treated us with a lot of respect and went the extra mile for us.
