“Friendly front desk, but the neighborhood looks unsafe, children in another room jump up and down and the floor was creating noisy like a bomb all the time shaking the room. Asked for extension of the room for one hour late check out due to harbor check in at 1pm but cleaner come still come to check at 11am, not a pleasure experience to stay in this place ”

“Self service apartment. Contact through WhatsApp and get the PIN to go in and check-in is completed. Big supermarket within 10min walk and cooking too available. Neighbourhood is a bit too quiet and night clubs at night. Eva (point of contact) was very helpful throughout the whole process and she helped us in staying 2 more nights there when we missed our flight back home.”

“The 6th floor of the building where the “hotel” is located on was very nice, great air conditioning, very clean. Very friendly staff when they were there. The location was very close to metro but walking around the area was sketchy sketchy. We could see homeless, and people who were clearly into drugs. For this reason only, I think would not book a hotel in this area again.”

“Sehr sauberes Zimmer, neue und hochwertige Zimmerausstattung ( Bett und Klimaanlage). Frühstück ist à la Card und es gibt ein kleines zusätzliches Buffet. Geschmacklich top. Bzgl. Service (Rezeption und Frühstück) waren die Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen haben sie vollumfänglich weitergeholfen. Wir würden wiederkommen, da auch die Lage top ist, um die Stadt zu erkunden!”
