"Great hotel in Freiburg. We only stayed one night, but the bed was very comfortable and the room had a nice view. Very convenient location."

"Great little hotel. Absolutely perfect location. Our issue was that they put us in the very top floor. We had a lot of luggage. Elevator was not working and they offered no assistance. The last day the elevator worked for part of the day. I asked for a small refund, like waive the €11 euro tax, they said no. Was a winding wood staircase. 4 flights. With 2 50lb checked luggage and 2 carryons. Can’t beat location and hotel was clean. Room was fine."

"Room smelled like there had been a dog there. Laundry facilities were broken and they ordered the wrong machines so we had to walk to the laundromat.
