We have put a great deal of love and care into our cottage and are so happy to be sharing it with you; you might just leave a piece of your heart here. The property extends over 17,500 sq. feet, with 66 feet of shoreline, a dock that extends into the water, and a sun-deck near the shore, steps from the fire pit.

Getting here:
- if you don't want to drive, you can always catch the Ontario Northland bus from convenient locations in major cities. It will drop you off at and pick you up from a stop that's 2 mins. walk from the cottage.

The lake is:
- clean, free of rocks and weed. White clay bottom.
- shallow for nearly half a kilometre, after which it gets deep. Perfect for all!
- great for water sports and boating (kayaks and canoes available for rent within 10 mins. from the cottage; public dock just 2 mins. from the cottage).
- a great spot for fishing (we've got Rainbow Trout, Lake Trout, Smallmouth Bass, Rock Bass, and others).
- frozen in the winters for some pick up hockey, ice skating and ice fishing

The fire pit is:
- large, surrounded by several muskoka chairs and benches.

The hot tub:
- is located on one of the three patios.
- comfortably fits 8 people.
- has mosquito protective netting.
- is beautifully lit with string lights.

Patio 1 has:
- the hot tub.
- an outdoor sofa set.

Patio 2 has:
- the BBQ.
- an outdoor dining set with umbrella.
- string lights for beautiful ambiance.

Patio 3:
- is attached to the primary bedroom, serving as a private balcony.

All patios are lake facing.

There are 4 cameras on the outside of the property. The first one looks for at the front door, there are two that look on each side of the house, and one that faces the patio, backyard, and lake area.

Outdoor fun activities included:
Summer:
- 8 inflatable floaties.
- inflatable floating bar to fill with ice and drinks, and take onto the lake.
- inflatable floating volleyball net and volleyball for the lake.
- volleyball for land.
- soccer ball.
- bocce ball.
- badminton.
- large throw throw burrito game

The indoor living space has:
- AC, heating and ceiling fans
- 3 bedrooms, 4 queen beds and 2 bathrooms.
- 2 living rooms, one with tv.
- WIFI.
- a dedicated workspace.
- a jacuzzi.
- a large dining table with leaf extensions to comfortably seat 10 people.
- new large kitchen.
- games and books for entertainment.
- a fireplace.

Please be advised that occasionally a train passes by through the town. We like to think it's the Polar Express. 

Within 5 mins. of walking distance, you have access to:
- the grocery store, Foodland.
- the LCBO.
