No good!

Old hotel in bad condition, terrible food and drinks in plastic mugs. Have to pay for pool towels and no cleaning in 5 days and only one change of towels in room in 5 days. Dont go here.

I wish I read the reviews. It’s a shame really it’s in such a great location. Things letting it down are the food ( if you can even call it that) hardly any variety and non edible. The plates and cutlery were dirty. So we decided to eat out instead. The staff were very moody apart from one lovely male receptionist.also lifts were broken luckily we were on the third floor. I would pay a little extra for better service elsewhere.

Very handy all inclusive hotel just across the road from the beach. Helpful staff. Buffet spread is varied, not brilliant but all inclusives never are. Pool good temperature & the bar staff are generous with drink pouring! Small tvs but international channels. AC works brilliantly. Only downside of room was only one plug point that worked in mine at the desk. The only other one behind the bed was broken. Was allowed to pay for later checkout which helped with enjoying facilities more before late night flight!

Really great weather, hotel facilities were good especially the pool bar, the pool is quite big and plenty of sun loungers. Only issue there was the fact that people put towels out at night so all the best ones were impossible to get in the morning. Evenings in the sports bar were fun with karaoke, bingo and a different act each night. The biggest letdown was the food, I only had breakfast twice, no afternoon meal and one evening meal, the food was the same everyday and really wasn’t very good at all.

Unser Zimmer war dermaßen dreckig…. Wie waren nur zwei Tage da und es gab zwei Tage das selbe essen. Die Tische im Restaurant wurden kein einziges Mal geputzt. Asoziale Gäste und es fühlt sich wirklich an wie eine schlechte Jugendherberge. Getränke an der Bar sind nicht gut, die guten Getränke gibt es gegen Geld. Wir hatten Sand im Bett, die Kissen sind Überbleibsel von gefühlt 30 Jahren. In der Toilette befand sich noch übergebenes vom vorherigen Gast. Das einzig gute ist der Pool wobei da auch rutschgefahr auf der Treppe im Pool besteht. Schade um unser Geld..

Food not really edible, we should have had 21 meals there but had 4, so spent a fortune on eating out. Wine machine in dining room never worked, staff were mainly rude. Not enough sunbeds, towels left at stupid hours even though not used all day. Snacks exactly the same every single day. Twin rooms are absolutely tiny, cannot get passed each other. The all inclusive lager louts were like Brits abroad and so embarrassing, drunk at midday, male and female with young kids, absolutely disgusting behaviour. Never again to Bulgaria!!! Rude people
