「It is a very nice place for family gaterings. Very clean and bedrooms are spacious and easy to get around in. Location is great, close to restaurants and shopping. You can see the Columbia river but it's not easy to walk to the river, but losts of places nearby to go by the river. One of the best places we have stayed in, in years!! We usually stay in an VRBO or ABNB twice a year.」

「Jim is the best host ever. Property was well stocked with everything you could ask for - I’ve stayed at well over 2 dozen VRBO’s and Jim really goes out of his way to make sure you will have everything you need. Spices, coffee, tons of towels, cleaning supplies, nice wine glasses, pamphlets about all of the local wineries and attractions, great WiFi and TV’s, great views, and just a few miles from Benton City. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.」

「This house was very nice and our stay was relaxing. Cleanliness, communication and location were all excellent. If you stay in March expect local attractions to be closed for the most part. There were a few things that could be done in the house to improve guest experience but overall I would highly recommend this home.」

「We were in town for a softball tournament and we didn’t have to travel farther than 8 min to anywhere, so the location was great for us. The owner was very responsive to our texts and calls with troubleshooting the automated door lock. Everything was clean and well stocked!」
