「The hosiptality was amazing! We had a very warm welcome by staff Rose, she is SUPERB! Gave us very good advise of where was the best spots for chasing hot air-ballnoon and gave us good tips of taking photos in secret places as well.
Their vibe on rooftop is incomparable, we enjoyed the time there very much!
3 lovely puppies gave us warm greeting everytime we passed by reception, we love Sophia 」

「Vraiment, nous avons beaucoup aimé cet établissement . L’accueil a été chaleureux , la chambre vraiment parfaite , grande et confortable. La douche et les autres commodités sont très bien . 「The hotel was perfectly located—just 3-4 min walk into the town. The staff was exceptional in terms of friendliness and responsiveness. Of the 4 mornings we were there, the hot air balloons went in flight just 2 days (due to the weather). And 1 if those days, they came right next to the hotel! (Select the balcony room if you can get it!) Incredible experience! The only negative was using the hotel transfer. We had issues upon arrival and departure. Other than that, highly recommend! 」
