「The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned. Additionally, due to the delay in the hot air balloon schedule, we missed out on the hotel breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches for us. Every corner of the hotel has great spots for photos, and at checkout, they even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「This hotel, the staff and its location were amazing. This is a great option if you’re planning to stay in Göreme. Room was spacious, neat, clean, comfortable bed, nice city view. Breakfast buffet has a great variety of fresh and delicious options. This hotel has probably the best rooftop in all of Cappadocia with 360 degree city view and also a great location to enjoy seeing the hot balloons flying all over the city every morning. I will definitely recommend this hotel, no doubt about it....

「Beautiful and well located hotel. Great breakfast. In the upper corner of the city, thus quieter. Great pool. Staff very helpful, and supported booking all the attractions, including balloon rides, tours and transports from and to airport. Make sure to ask receipts for your individual transactions, since different companies are involved. Manager Malik, a highly traveled and experienced professional, was amazing. The hotel puppies were the cherry on the top! Highly recommend it 」
