"The room and all the hotel was clean and tidy. We were welcomed with tea and coffee by friendly man at reception. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were so nice and friendly. Our room was made up each day, clean towels, bins emptied and everything thing replenished. We rented a car and had parking just outside the hotel. We had a very happy stay here and would totally recommend to other traveler's."

Breakfast was fresh every morning and the staff was very warm and welcoming. Just too many steps to the terrace where breakfast is served and no elevator.     "Prime location to see the balloons at 6:00AM, staff is super nice and helpful and if you are going to balloon ride you couldn’t choose a better hotel…Royal is the No.01 balloon company in Göreme, which happens to run a hotel. Everything in Göreme is at walking distance and If you are claustrophobic to cave hotels this is a good option. The rooms are huge, no elevator though, and they do need a little updating and TLC."
