Last minute booking through Expedia because we were on a tour and were underwhelmed by the hotel the tour booked. Two days in this fabulous hotel, was the highlight of our tour. Strongly recommend the balloon ride and the many walking tours of this beautiful region.

This review is for room #302. The place is amazing. It's as advertised. We love our room in the cave. The bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed. The housekeeping crew was great. The breakfast had a wide selection of items. We definitely recommend this hotel!

This is an amazing small hotel. Rooftop bar with views of the balloons every morning, and a short walk to just about everything the town has to offer. We had a beautiful 1 bedroom suite that was super luxurious! Highly recommend!

Great location, especially if you are visiting this area for the first time, just a short walk away from the town center. We certainly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Service is very good; staff are courteous, very kind and caring. Rooms are specious, clean and well maintained. We also enjoyed the hot tub and jacuzzi in the room. Included breakfast has everything you need and more. Bottles of free waters in the room were a nice touch. The rooftop area is perfect for taking photos at sunrise of the balloons and for watching the sunset. On our departure they arranged for us a luxury airport shuttle for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended A

Came here with my entire family and THEY DID NOT DISSAPOINT. They were so incredibly accommodating and hospitable and offered incredibly helpful info and assistance. I really appreciated how they immediately helped us with our bags after the long drive. We had the "do not disturb" sign on our door but they still were kind enough to call our room to make sure if we needed anything refilled (toilet paper, towels, etc) which I really appreciated. Their hot tub was very clean and they provided towels at the hot tub without us even asking. My 71 year old father came with us on the vacation and they were incredibly kind to him and he enjoyed being able to chat with the staff too and I really appreciate how warm and welcoming they were to my elderly father. The breakfast bar was incredibly filling and every inch of their property gave an AMAZING view (especially at night) since it is on top of the hill. I wish I could come back sooner!
