“The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned. Additionally, due to the delay in the hot air balloon schedule, we missed out on the hotel breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches for us. Every corner of the hotel has great spots for photos, and at checkout, they even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“The location is very good, the terrace is good as close to it are also relatively new and stylish hotel so the view are with rock and stylish terrace of other hotels next to it, the room is decent, the service and breakfast are impeccable. Only downside is toilet too small in space but the relatively new decor of common areas make up for it, the restaurant area is very clean and cozy, modern. ”

“The room was nice and spacious with pretty decoration. It is located close to the main street so it is very convenient but it can be quite noisy at the evening (had to sleep with ears plugged). Their staff services were great and organised all of our day tours and dinners. There is an area that they can improve: the duvet provided was too small for the bed. ”

“I am extremely disappointed with my stay. I paid quite a high price for the honeymoon room, expecting something special, but the room was a huge disappointment. It was just a normal room with nothing romantic or unique about it.
To make things worse, the room didn’t have a radiator and it was very cold. The only heating option was an AC unit that made an extremely loud noise, which made it impossible to sleep. Because of the noise, I couldn’t fall asleep until almost 4 a.m.
