Spacious, nice (newer and well kept) bedrooms and bathrooms able to support a large group. Good indoor space for gathering with everyone. Double kitchens were useful for different storage, prep and serving desires. Outside space very pretty and dock for boat rental was great. A/V setup was a bit confusing and therefore not really usable (maybe some instructions could be helpful, or maybe they were present and we just missed those.) Cleaning crew did a through job as we arrived - seemed to really care about getting it ready and right from the prior guests.
