“Wir fanden das Hotel im großen und ganzen super. Das Zimmer das Buffet und das Personal ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Auch die Strandnähe und die 3 Pools fanden wir super. Nur bei den Betten müssten die Matratzen 2 härtegrade härter bestellt werden, da sie sehr weich waren.”

“Die Zimmer waren sehr modern und sauber. Das meiste Personal überwiegend freundlich. Fitnessraum sehr gut ausgestattet für ein Hotelgym. Im Buffet Restaurant/Pool war leider ein relativ starker Lärmpegel aufgrund vieler Familien mit Kleinkindern. Hätt mir etwas mehr Ruhe gewünscht.”

“There waa no remote to control the air con unit or the tv The room smelt of cigarettes. When you don't smoke it isn't a nice smell. The room was clean and we had clean towls, We didn't use the kitchen area. The rooms are a really nice size. Just needs updating. Better locks on the doors, Also there is no bottled water in the room. When it states a boftle of water on arrival. ”

“Booked for a week, left within 24hrs, others were also doing the same whilst we were checking out, all with hygiene, health & safety and noise complaints. Room initially looked big, floor clean & just dated, had no crockery pans etc to cook with but someone did bring to room couple hours later. Then found creatures in the bed, which made us pull sheets off & found disgustingly stained mattresses, pillows stained, someone let themselves in room whilst we were in bed at night, balcony was filthy,……

“Booked last minute - best pool in the area but sun beds were limited. Some were damaged, not fit for purpose. Some umbrellas were broken. Pool bar was open if you could catch him.... Nice on arrival that you are taken to your room but dont expect anything else. Had ground floor room which was clean. Beds were made but no sign of mopping until day before Wall next to sink had not been cleaned before i stayed & was not done in time i was there. No plugs in sink or bath. Original bath had been……

“Okej boende med bra läge i Pernera! Nära flera bra restauranger och en välsorterad Supermarket mittemot hotellet. Finns också en bra engelsk pub. Tyvärr dålig Wifi men vår Studio som vetter mot den fina poolen hade sköna sängar och AC:en rätt placerad i studion! Det finns en fin strand Pernera beach på gångavstånd🏖️ OBS! Det finns inga mindre strandbarer med billigare enklare mat vid stranden utan köp med baguetter+drick från super market! ”

“A relaxed atmosphere with decent facilities, but it does feel a bit dated in places as the rooms and décor could use modernisation, especially compared to newer hotels in the area. The hotel is also not directly on the beach, so you’ll need to walk a short distance to reach the sea. The pool area is pleasant, the staff are helpful, and it is good value for money. My main concern was the Karaoke every night till 11pm from the adjoining hotel which, had they been professional singers would have……

“Staff of this Hotel are very helpful from reception to bar to dinner and a lifeguard and security. Check-in was easy straightforward no issues same with checkout rooms are a little dated but everything functioning in there especially the fridge that was very handy. lots of sunbirds towels easy to get €10 returnable deposit Take note they charge €2 a day for the safe in the room.”

“we chose this hotel for our honeymoon and it's a decision we definitely didn't regret. the hotel itself was immaculate, clean, had everything essential on site. it's great to have the indoor and outdoor pools available as well as the spa where you can get a massage. the sauna is very good too. Lastly, the staff was brilliant. Yuliya checked us in and she was wonderful, made us feel so welcome. but other members of the staff in the restaurant, spa and the cleaning ladies on floor 5 were all very……

“This hotel is excellent, we really enjoyed our time here…very comfortable beds and great amenities Improvements that could be made - heat the spa pool…it’s freezing The coffee isn’t great at breakfast and only 2 of the 7 days was our order taken correctly. A minor detail however did stick out. The rest was great”

“La chambre et le living semblent renovés récemment. Espaces epurés, large et joli balcon vue mer. Location comfortable, assez tranquille malgré une route qui passe devant. Staff cordial. Petit déjeuner de qualité, en abondance. La plage, parallele avec l’hotel est a environ 150m. Plage de sable, entrée “douce” dans la mer, long plateau avec l’eau peu profonde. Un seul restaurant sur la plage, qui n’est plus adapté à la demande et à nos temps. Arrets de bus et superettes à moins de 50m”
