“I actually expected cleaner rooms. I get the concept of it being a 'minimalist' or spartan style hotel but, I cannot accept either of those things to assume an unclean condition. The first room attempt had a dirty toilet and I stepped on a piece of glass. The second room was better but, still had its issues. I wish that I coukd attach photos. I believe that when these things happen that rooms should be comped or at least partial refunds issued for the inconvenience. It is truly a pain especially……

“Incredibly poor service and zero communication between staff. I had a doctor's appointment and cleared an 11:30 AM check-out with the front desk clerk. Despite this agreement, an older man (presumably the owner) came to my room early, banging on the door violently as if there were a fire. When I opened it, he was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I ended up slamming the door in his face. I didn't appreciate his hostile attitude whatsoever and will not be returning.”

“This hotel is an absolute gem. From the staff to the hotel to the rooms to the amenities to the breakfast in the morning, everything was fantastic! In this hotel, we used the washing machines and dryers. So convenient. The room was very comfortable, the beds were amazing, the bathroom and shower were great! I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Due to the time of the year of my stay, there was a lot of humidity in the area, so I had to set the thermostat on the AC to 70°F on high in order to keep the room dry. Since there’s no carpeting and only tile and flooring, the floors would get very wet and slippery. I have a physical disability, which affects my mobility and I use crutches to walk with. When I informed the staff that the floor was too slippery, they quickly brought some towels to keep the floors dry until the room was dry……

“I actually want a refund my towels and rags were stained, roaches in the bathroom just overall too expensive for the condition I’m still waiting for contact from Expedia about my cancellation”

“Terrible Customer Service – Will Not Return ​I accidentally left my USB charger in the room and called to check if housekeeping had recovered it. The representative, Mike, was incredibly nonchalant and dismissive. Rather than checking on my missing item, he bizarrely started questioning me about an ice bucket. The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. I am furious with how I was treated and will absolutely never stay here again."”

“You can't expect luxury at this price point, but if you're just looking for a place to shower and sleep, this'll do the trick. I didn't personally have any major issues with my room, and the staff was kind and surprisingly alert considering how late in the night I arrived!”
