“Great location with a beautiful view! Just across the street from the beach and within 10 minutes to restaurants in St. Pete and other areas! My only feedback would be that the furniture is quite old/stained, the carpet in the bedrooms is also in bad shape. At night the carpet would smell, which I assume is due to the age of the carpet. Other than that, it's a nice place.”

“There’s better hotels in the area than this place. No seating area inside the room which is really strange as if they are forcing you to go out to eat instead of eating in your room. There is a $90 amenities fee that Expedia won’t tell you about but the hotel will charge you at check in. Very deceptive and scummy. The live music at the hotel restaurant needs to go. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day at this establishment.”

“An intimate gem in St. Pete Beach! A well styled boutique hotel with everything you need. Rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well appointed and designed- very hip. The pool area had both sun and shade, hot tub, and a great bar! The extras were a nice touch- there were bikes to use, plus wagons filled with beach essentials- Upham beach was just around the corner. Staff were excellent too! Cannot wait to book another getaway to the Saint”

“Although they are going through a renovation I feel they probably should’ve closed during the painting. Constantly having to uncover my car to leave because they painters covering the cars with tarps and painting the halls and room doors and having to pull paint covered tape off of the door handle to scan my key ”
