“Been coming to St. Pete Beach for 30 years! Favorite place we have ever stayed! Super clean, close to beach, great pool, rooms wonderful, walking distance to many restaurants and bars too! Matthew the owner was present and so pleasant! He went over and beyond to be sure everything was wonderful! We will do a hotel takeover and bring family and friends soon!! And Matthew is a Buckeye too!! Go Bucks!! Stay here and enjoy! Thank you Matthew! ”

“Very cute place on the beach! Room was much smaller than we expected and no closet space was challenging. Shower has no place to put items, and lacked outlets. However the location was excellent, beach beautiful, staff wonderful and very accommodating. ”

The room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable experience and a place I’d happily return to.”

“Can’t beat St.Pete… best beach ever year after year. Beach house cozy… no wild craziness… free beach chairs and umbrellas… FABIAN… is incredible…. Beach cabana simple menus burgers and sandwiches… bar solid drinks … rooms awesome sunset views … resort is right on beach direct access to the gulf … 200 yards and your in the gulf…. Rooms are excellent and service is solid. This is our go to place year after year. ”

“We never got our room cleaned and requested it to be done every day for the entirety of our stay. Furthermore, we had issues with the air conditioning and requested it to be fixed and it was fixed after three days. The hotel reception does not answer the phone at all, and if you have any issues at all, good luck! Also everything is extremely overpriced for a 3-star hotel. ”

“Other than location, this property is just average. It is advertised as a boutique hotel, and is quite small, but, doesn't provide more personalized service than typical hotels. The toilet paper, paper towels and shampoos provided were subpar. Regarding cleanliness, this was also subpar. I know this is a beach location, but upon entering our unit, we noted sandy floors and area rug. Our white socks were filthy after walking on the floors. I am doubtful it was ever mopped. The beach view……
