“An intimate gem in St. Pete Beach! A well styled boutique hotel with everything you need. Rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well appointed and designed- very hip. The pool area had both sun and shade, hot tub, and a great bar! The extras were a nice touch- there were bikes to use, plus wagons filled with beach essentials- Upham beach was just around the corner. Staff were excellent too! Cannot wait to book another getaway to the Saint”

“Great location with a beautiful view! Just across the street from the beach and within 10 minutes to restaurants in St. Pete and other areas! My only feedback would be that the furniture is quite old/stained, the carpet in the bedrooms is also in bad shape. At night the carpet would smell, which I assume is due to the age of the carpet. Other than that, it's a nice place.”

“What an adorable hotel. Communication was excellent. The bed was very comfy. Water, snacks and coffee were a nice touch. Parking was easy and directly behind the hotel.”

“Great location! Sloppy Joe’s restaurant is right on the property with great food and live music. I especially like that they provide beach chairs, beach towels and pool towels to their guests.”

“When I asked for 0 balance for receipt, they said the towel is too dirty. I told them it was their floor in the bedroom that was too dirty since i was in barefoot. The front desk guy was charging me $15 for the towels. I said if you will not remove that charge give me the towel instead. I told them I got a lot to complain but I kept my mouth shut bec the price was cheaper. My husband found pubic hair on a clean towel! The shower area has rusts. “First impression of the home was disappointing, the property is not maintain, the grounds/lawn is over grown with weeds and trash, no garden, the garbage can was full of trash and the house is old. The inside is very nice with newer appliances, flat screen TVs, nice bedding and a very comfortable bed, bathroom was clean, the living room was clean but had an old couch. You may want to look at the property first, the neighborhood is sketchy but was quiet. I was under the impression that the……
