“Been coming to St. Pete Beach for 30 years! Favorite place we have ever stayed! Super clean, close to beach, great pool, rooms wonderful, walking distance to many restaurants and bars too! Matthew the owner was present and so pleasant! He went over and beyond to be sure everything was wonderful! We will do a hotel takeover and bring family and friends soon!! And Matthew is a Buckeye too!! Go Bucks!! Stay here and enjoy! Thank you Matthew! ”

“Cute hotel directly on the beach. Great staff, and check in was easy and accommodated early check in. Older one story hotel very "old Florida" charm and very clean. Rooms are efficient and pool was nice. Not many ammenities but great view of the beach. Great location on St Pete Beach ”

The room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable experience and a place I’d happily return to.”

“Can’t beat St.Pete… best beach ever year after year. Beach house cozy… no wild craziness… free beach chairs and umbrellas… FABIAN… is incredible…. Beach cabana simple menus burgers and sandwiches… bar solid drinks … rooms awesome sunset views … resort is right on beach direct access to the gulf … 200 yards and your in the gulf…. Rooms are excellent and service is solid. This is our go to place year after year. ”

“Very enjoyable stay! Staff were cheerful and enthusiastic😊 had interesting situation with the room lighting one night couldn’t shut lights off in the kitchen room and the next night lights over the bed wouldn’t shut off!!! Made sleeping interesting😅 run runner staff made great drinks and food was good. All in all beach pool and location made for a great time! Bus to John’s Pass was great! Rides from Rum Runner to the Beach and umbrella and chair set ups would be great!! All in all we hope to……

“This is a very cute and trendy little place to stay. The downtown area is lively and seemed to stay busy. The rooms are as described and very lovely and the bar downstairs was nice. However the two free drinks that come with the room are canned seltzers in the refrigerator in the room, not from the bar and walking through the first floor restaurant to get to your room with all your luggage is a bit odd. But overall, it's a fun place to stay if you like downtown life.”

“We could see a portion of the ocean from our room. The view of the ocean from the pool was wonderful. The room was cleaned everyday including fresh towels. The staff was also very night.”
