Very big and spacious in person, easily accommodating 3 families while still allowing all to have their own space. 「The house is set in a quiet area with a gorgeous, uninterrupted view to the Newhaven marina and beyond. 「屋主夫婦親切有禮，而且非常細心；由於我們可能會遲過20:00 才check in, 早2小時前知會屋主，屋主説會把鎖匙被在drop box內，但當我們到達apartment 時，夫婦仍在接待處（我們到達時20:05），他們還預早開了暖氣把我們的房間暖起來，真的很窩心。房間很大、厨房設備齊全（只差沒有洗碗碟機)，地點只是距離Philip island nature park 約八分鐘車程，距離最近的大型超市也只是三分鐘車程。我們一行4人訂了2間房，其中一間還有泳池呀！」

"The cabin is spacious with a big kitchen. (Oven is in the common kitchen which takes 1 min walk) The inverted air con is definitely a must in every hotel, motel and cabin. The washroom and bathroom are clean and tidy. Water pressure is stable and hot enough. The environment around the cabin is great. Many little animals walk around yet very quiet. The security is perfect with two door locks. Enough parking space for one car. It takes 10-20 minutes to drive to Penguin Parade. "
