「No beach view, and the beach is far from the hotel. There are many mosquitoes, the private pool lacks a filtration system and is not clean. The homestay only has a metal gate, and the front door cannot be locked—security is only provided by guards outside the compound. No sea view, no gym, not close to the beach, and no free shuttle service. The only advantages are the well-designed interior facilities and the host's willingness to communicate.

「Very disappointing experience with Rosie Hill Hotel in Phu Quoc. Communication was terrible, and getting a response from the staff was extremely frustrating. They were unresponsive, unhelpful, and showed little effort in addressing concerns or providing assistance. Good customer service should be a basic expectation in hospitality, but unfortunately, that was lacking here. I expected much better and would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.」

「**Great views, but the facilities need work!**
The property is clean, modern and family-friendly, with spectacular ocean views and fireworks every night. Unfortunately, the management and facilities let the experience down.
Check-in took an hour, and don't expect to get your room before 2 pm. Luggage is left in a common room, so keep your valuables with you.
Our room had no TV, fridge, freezer or microwave, despite the inconvenience of a longer stay. The Wi-Fi kept dropping out, and our power...
