Wonderful decor and a great location within Sunset Town. Service was very attentive. Hotel and room condition was very clean and well maintained. Sunset Town itself isn't very busy but this is a great selection if you get a water/fireworks view room

I recently stayed at this hotel in Phu Quoc, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean and nicely maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is great as well, it’s very central to many of the main attractions in the southern part of the island. The only downside was the breakfast, which felt a bit limited in terms of variety, and the cold cuts were sliced extremely thin. Additionally, because the hotel is located close to the street, you can hear the daily evening performances happening nearby. The noise usually stops around 10–11 PM, so it’s manageable, but if your room faces the city, you may also hear people talking outside. Despite these minor issues, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the convenience and cleanliness of the hotel.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The decor is beautiful. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and there was a variety of food we liked. Stayed here 5 days and the staff, room, and location was amazing. The staff was so helpful with setting up transportation and answering all our questions. I lived in Italy for 8 years and this place felt more authentically Italian than any place I’ve ever been to! The Hotel is truly impressive and we would love to stay there again.

Property itself was nice good quality and rooms were great. Bed was a little stiff for us. Staff were very helpful and kind. The location to the beach and seeing the fireworks also great. On the downside construction next door started at 0730 very loud. The worst part and i know its not the hotels fault but the jass club located right infront of the hotel plays music so loud until 1030 pm no joke you can not not hear a normal conversation in the room. Then after 1030 they move inside and its tolerable.

While ocean view on upper floors gives great views of the nightly fireworks you are also beside a bar with load music from 7-10 pm. Sunset town is one of the Vietnamese “theme” places… amalfi coast meets South China Sea! Good beaches are 15 min drive … make sure to have the Grab (viet uber) App… breakfast was not particularly good here; but staff was very helpful

Our experience at Venice Hotel Phu Quoc was mixed, with both positives and clear areas that need improvement. Although the hotel upgraded our room to one with a better view, which we appreciated, the floors throughout the entire hotel were very dirty. It honestly felt like the floors were not being cleaned regularly, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. We also had to deal with ants in our bedroom for one day. While the staff did fix the issue once it was reported, the situation itself is not something you expect from a hotel aiming for a higher standard. The hotel is really worth it if your main goal is to enjoy the night show, especially if you manage to get a room on the fourth or fifth floor with a beach view, that part of the experience is truly enjoyable. Another major downside was the very strong and unpleasant odor coming from the street drains, which the hotel seriously needs to address, as it impacts both comfort and first impressions. In terms of location, the hotel is far if you plan to explore the north of the island, but it is very convenient for Sun World experiences, so this depends on your travel plans. Service-wise, it felt inconsistent. About 50% of the staff were extremely professional, while the other 50% were not. One morning at 8:00 a.m., we requested two beach towels and waited over 20 minutes, only to be told they had just one towel available, which was very inefficient and frustrating.

Very nice Fancy hotel in Phu Quoc i really believed i was in Italy. Very warm service from the time you check in and check out. Freshly cooked breakfast everyday with a choice of buffet hotel is well situated in a quiet area close to night markets cable car etc.

The hotel boasts a unique decor. I would not call it Venice, but closer to Spanish. Breakfast is small, but quite delicious. The hotel, similar to the nearby Hilton La Festa and other boutique hotels on this trip, is on the beach. However, it is not recommended to swim in this beach due to the chemicals from nightly firework displays. You may have a rash afterwards, the hotel says. There's a small swimming pool/Jacuzzi/lounge on the back side of the hotel - with an ocean view, overlooking the kissing bridge. The staff, esp. the front desk, are all very friendly and attentive. The hotel offers free airport shuttle and also free rides to bus stations to get to Khem Beach, the best beach on the island in summer. Khem Beach is about 2 miles away, with better dining options.

This hotel is convenient to everything in Sunset Town (Kiss of the Sea show, kissing bridge, cable car station, night market). The hotel provides free golf cart transportation to/from the hotel to anywhere in Sunset Town and even provided car transportation to/from the near-by town shops outside of Sunset Town. The hotel even provides some free scheduled transportation from the PQC airport. The staff of the entire hotel (reception, housekeeping, and restaurant) are extremely helpful and friendly.
