"Requested a bed with two beds and desk. Got a room with one bed and no surface to work on. This was a business trip. No hot water in the bath tub and the standard light did not work. Paid $50 for breakfast one the first morning the Indian Minor birds out my breakfast whilst at the Nuko Restaurant. Returning from work on Thursday night at 5pm our room still not been cleaned, still no hot water. A further complaint to the Duty Manager, Amelia. She advised she would move us to better rooms. She told us to pack up and they would move us the next day. Promising us a two bedroom room. She kindly treated us to dinner 'on the house'. Returned from work next day , 3pm, was advised our new room was being cleaned. It would be 15 minutes. An hour and five minutes later we were still waiting. A woman assisting us tried to contact the cleaning staff but could not contact them. A gentleman at the counter then stepped in and said I would be put in the same level of room I paid for. He was very rude about the whole thing. The woman eventually sent us to the new room which was still being cleaned. . I should state that I was not the only person at the desk complaining. I was with several people all with similar complaints about their rooms. I advised I would make colleagues and acquaintances aware of what transpired and to book elsewhere. Unfortunately, there was no vacancies anywhere else or we would have moved."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The service was excellent, and every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference. The restaurant was another highlight of our stay the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The dinner theme nights were engaging with lots of entertainment and great food. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, amazing staff, and fantastic dining experiences. We will definitely be returning."

"The atmosphere was terrific. The staff wonderful. We were in "standard" accomodation and our room had 2 queen beds, a spacious bathroom, tea making facilities and a balcony overlooking the pools areas. The room & house-keeping were fastidiously clean. The resort is quite spreadout and access to some areas - like the beach - is not fluid. Perhaps some signs? I was not the only one who got lost / confused. The resort is not fully geared for the disabled or anyone with mobility issues. Some stairs have no handrails; others had handrails on one side only. It is my thought that Resort management is focussing on younger folk and families rather than oldies. Breakfast was great; there was lots of variety. The staff were energetic, enthusiastic & highly organised. The restaurant food is about double what you would pay outside the Resort. The drinks about the same. But considering the service and facilities I considered that reasonable. For those looking for a couple of beers in your room, there is a supermarket within walking distance. I would have liked there to have been a shop on site selling togs, t-shirts, board shorts, sarongs, swimming floaties / noodles and the like. There is plenty of room for one in the main lobby area. Otherwise Nadi township is a $FJ25 transfer; $FJ40 return ride away. Or you can take a taxi from around the corner from the supermarket."

"Wonderful staff! We arrived at night ,& planned to leave next morning. Their guidance on when bus would arrive to take to islands was correct (9:10 am) & we made it taks to them. Whereas avice from ferry company said 9:30, do we would have missed our bus."

"La habitación tiene muebles un poco antiguas pero estava limpia y muy grande,nos quedamos 3 noches en el edificio, no en los bungalos,el restaurante tiene buena comida,el personal muy amable,hay piscinas y playa muy pequeña,pero es un ambiente bonito."

"We never got the towels we needed such as face towels and hand towels. Shampoo conditioners and body wash was in short supply. No ice bucket and when we went to get ice from the roof bar as suggested by your front desk they were not willing to give it as easily. Water pressure was always low"
