This modern and comfortable apartment is bright, airy, and perfectly locate in the heart of Alexandra Headland. You are situated absolute beachfront, directly opposite Alexandra Headland Beach and the Surf Club. The apartment is located on the ground floor, with easy access from secure parking.



The beach and coastal walkway are right in front of the apartment, allowing easy access to either Mooloolaba or Maroochydore. The Alexandra Headland Surf Club and its stunning, patrolled beach are just opposite.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cooking implements. All cutlery and crockery is provided. An ALDI pod machine is also available (pods not included).



To keep cleaning fees to a minimum, we provide:



Tea, coffee, milk, 3-in-1 body wash and hair, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet as a ""start-up"" to your stay. After this, you will need to purchase your own supplies.

We do not provide sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, paper towels, etc.

All linen is provided, including beach towels, under our Premium Linen Service.



Amenities:



A 150-meter heated lagoon pool stretches the length of the resort, available for you to enjoy.

In addition, there is a separate pool, spa, children's playground, and well-equipped games room for your use.



Parking:



Parking is in the secure car park with a 2.1-meter clearance.



HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFO:



No parties, events, or functions are allowed.

Strictly no smoking inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside the building and clean up after yourself.

We ask for details of your group and the purpose of your stay upon booking.

We value our beautiful oceanfront apartment and the well-being of our neighbours. If any party, event, or function occurs, or if we receive complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and may ask you to vacate the premises immediately.

The cleaning charge for your stay covers a standard clean. If the apartment is left with excessive garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, or cigarette smells/burns, you will be charged for all additional cleaning and replacement costs.
