The Space:
Welcome to Coastview Manor, a single-level sanctuary in the peaceful hills of Ninderry. Blending contemporary elegance with relaxed country charm, this expansive home strikes the perfect balance between comfort, warmth, and sophistication.
Inside, two lounges cater to every mood. The main living area is bright and open for everyday connection, while the second offers a cosy retreat with plush seating, soft carpet, and a charming brick fireplace (BYO firewood). A timeless upright piano adds a timeless touch of character. At its heart lies a beautifully equipped kitchen with a butler’s pantry, breakfast bar, and quality appliances, ideal for preparing family meals or entertaining in style. The open-plan living and dining areas flow seamlessly to the covered terrace, framing sweeping views across the hinterland to the ocean. Whether dining indoors or alfresco, every gathering feels connected to the landscape beyond.
Outdoors, the private pool offers a tranquil spot to cool off, surrounded by manicured gardens and wide lawns. The backyard invites play and relaxation, complete with a basketball hoop, trampoline, cubby house, and open grass for family games—all set against rolling hinterland views.
Five restful bedrooms ensure space and comfort for all:
Primary suite: Super-king bed, walk-in wardrobe, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and a serene ensuite with freestanding bath, walk-in shower, double vanity, and separate toilet.
Bedroom 4: Queen bunk bed & single bed trundle, built-in wardrobe, ducted air-conditioning, and ceiling fan, perfect for a child’s retreat.
Bedroom 5 (Guest Retreat): A private, self-contained suite with a queen bed, ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, smart TV, sofa lounge, and garden views, ideal for visiting family or friends.
Three bathrooms service the home: the elegant primary ensuite, a spacious family bathroom with bath, shower, and double vanity, and a third bathroom in the guest retreat. A separate toilet adds extra convenience.
Additional comforts include Business grade fiber internet/ WiFi, whiteboard, ducted air conditioning, and a full laundry with a washer, dryer, sink, and outdoor clothesline. On-site parking is available, with a double garage, carport, and extra driveway space.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire single storey home along with space to park 1 car in the carport and 1-2 in the driveway. There is also free street parking available.
The Neighborhood:
Wake to soft sunrises over Lake Weyba and linger into golden evenings as the light fades across Noosa Bay. From this peaceful Ninderry setting, days unfold easily—start with a coastal swim at Peregian Beach or Coolum, browse the Yandina Markets for local produce, or settle in for a long lunch at Spirit House Restaurant. Sip craft beers at Terella Brewery, wander the pathways of Fairhill Botanic Gardens, or stretch your legs along nearby Ninderry walking tracks. When you’re ready for a change of pace, the cafés, boutiques, and beaches of Noosa and Mooloolaba are just a relaxed 30-minute drive away.
Getting Around:
A car is essential as there’s no public transport nearby, and exploring the Sunshine Coast Hinterland is part of the magic.
Other Things to Note:
*Please note, three separate tiny home villas sit at the rear of the property. They’re listed independently and may be booked by other guests. The villas have a separate driveway and no access to the main house or pool unless booked together.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 25 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential neighbourhood with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please be aware that breaches of house rules may incur additional charges starting from $400. This includes, but is not limited to, smoking anywhere on the property and bringing pets in breach of our strict no-pet policy. Guests are required to familiarise themselves with the full house rules prior to their stay.*
*Please note that to stay with us, you will be required to complete a check-in form prior to your arrival. This is a requirement for all guests. As part of this process, we will also require valid ID for all adult guests and card details for security purposes. Access to the property will only be provided once the form has been fully completed.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
