Expansive waterfront home with over 33 metres of river frontage and located in a quiet cul-de-sac position. Ideally just 5 minutes away from Mooloolaba Esplanade, beach and surf club. within easy access to the Sunshine Motorway.

Sleeps a maximum of 6 adults + 2 on Sofa bed

The property comes with a Linen & Amenity Starter Pack. All beds will be made up for your arrival and you will be provided with a starter pack of washing soap, tea towels, sponges, teas & coffees, bath towels, toiletries & a toilet roll per toilet. You may also hire beach towels from G1 Holidays for $6.00 per towel.

Lovely house and outstanding pool/ location

The location and pool are outstanding. The house is really lovely and has excellent facilities. The extra pantry ingredients, washing detergent etc were much appreciated. The only downsides were, considering the price: - the king beds had quite firm mattresses and were zipped together king singles - the living room sofa fabric was dirty and piled - the outdoor furniture sofa cushions/ dining chair pads/ coffee table were very dirty Overall though, we loved our stay!
