This family and pet friendly two level home is only a short stroll to the Village and Beach.
Enjoy a family meal or BBQ on the large deck or you can enjoy a movie in air conditioned comfort of the living area.

Upstairs: Air Conditioned Open plan living, Dining, Kitchen, Powder room with Shower and 4th Bedroom (1Singlebed)

Downstairs: Main bedroom, 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms, Main bathroom, Outdoor Laundry, Lock up garage and fenced yard at rear only.

Includes: Wifi, Digital TV, DVD, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing machine, air conditioning living only, Deck and Outdoor furniture & BBQ.

Accommodates 6 - 1 x Queen, 2 x Double, 1 x Single
Linen and bath towels is included.

Please note - an additional $100 pet fee per pet applies per stay.

Great house in a great location

Great house with plenty of space. Not modern or immaculate but when you're taking the family dog for a holiday too, that's a bonus. Great enclosed garden and perfect location for Peregian Beach and shops. Will be going back again to this lovely house.

Well located property

This is a very well equipped, older style large family home with great access to the beach and the local shops.Beds are a very subjective matter but we found the bed in the main room to be too soft and uncomfortable for our taste. The other beds were much better.The downstairs bedroom area was very cold but this was partially due to a lot of unseasonable cool and wet weather we haven't previously experienced at this time of the year when visiting Peregian on may occasions. A tastic in the bathroom would be good.The reverse cycle air con. was very good once the mothballs (gecko prevention ?) were removed having given us sore throats and sinus trouble but this was quickly fixed when we mentioned it.The two balconies and the very spacious living area and kitchen are great and the wi fi excellent. We are coming back to 19 Piper Street in 2023.

Good size property for our adult family and pet. Bathrooms need to be bigger for 6-7 adults. An ensuite for main bedroom would be really good.

We really enjoyed our 8 day stay. The location a 5 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and beach gave us plenty of alternatives. Peregian Beach is lovely.

Felt like a local

So close to absolutely everything! This is one of the most convenient properties we’ve ever stayed in. We had some issues with beds but it was a big house and that was not a problem in the long run. We enjoyed our short stay very much.

Great location

3 minutes to the beach and pretty much the same to the village/ cafes/tavern/ supermarket. good size yard for your dog safe and secure. If I had to find something to be critical of it would be lack of some small things such as tea coffee salt pepper cleaning products for bbq not a game changer but would have been nice, but we had a great time and would come back.
