Designed with privacy in mind, this villa feels worlds away while still connected to the land around it.
The Space:
Sleeping up to 4 guests, Lemon Myrtle can be booked on its own or combined with the other villas and Coastview Manor for larger groups. Inside, you'll find a queen bed, queen sofa bed, inviting fireplace, and a fully-equipped and functional kitchenette complete with a gas stovetop, stone benchtops, a fridge and other modern amenities. The sliding glass doors open to a serene deck, ideal for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or moving the dining table outside for alfresco meals under starry skies. Whether you're enjoying a firelit evening or dining outdoors under a canopy of stars, Lemon Myrtle offers a restorative escape for those seeking beauty, peace, and a moment to breathe.
One of three boutique villas on the estate, Lemon Myrtle Villa sits angled away from neighbouring stays to make it feel secluded and special, perfect for a romantic escape or a quiet break on the Sunshine Coast. Located at the heart of the trio, this villa sits privately between the other two on the property.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to their own private villa and space to park 1 car outside. There is also plenty of free street parking available.
The Neighborhood:
Ninderry is loved for its calm atmosphere and breathtaking views, sunrises over Lake Weyba and sunsets over Noosa Bay. Enjoy close access to Peregian Beach, Coolum’s dining and boutiques, Yandina markets, Spirit House, Terella Brewery, Fairhill Botanic Gardens, and scenic walking tracks. The best of Noosa and Mooloolaba is just 30 minutes away.
Getting Around:
A car is essential as there’s no public transport nearby, and exploring the Sunshine Coast Hinterland is part of the magic.
Other Things to Note:
*Please note, this villa is situated on the same land as two other tiny home villas as well as Coastview Manor (the main house). The villas and Coastview Manor are listed independently and may be booked by other guests or all together for group stays. The villas have a separate driveway to the main house and do not have access to Coastview Manor or pool unless booked together.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
No guests under the age of 25 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
